Concept study

The concept study is the blueprint of your energy project and brings together all the information needed to make an informed investment decision.

We check the feasibility of your project, map the opportunities and risks and make a well-founded CAPEX/OPEX calculation. This quickly provides a realistic estimate of the costs and return on investment.

On the basis of this information and the project plans, we start discussions with various stakeholders and together with you draw up a strategy for the realization of the project.

Engineering

hop is an engineering company with all the technical know-how needed for the realization of your energy transition project.

We elaborate the concept plans, initiate the necessary technical studies and map everything out for applying for the necessary permits. We monitor all of this closely and critically.

We determine a procurement strategy and draw up the tender dossiers with which we consult the market. We analyze the bids and formulate a recommendation on which you can base decisions regarding the procurement.

Project management

As the "builder of your project" HOP takes ownership of your project and relieves you of all your worries.
