Rehabilitation 70kV line Jodoigne - Tienen after a summer storm. Mast assembly, reinforcements and conductor pulling P51-P55 and demolition of emergency line.
Challenges
Within this project, hops is responsible for the coordination of several contractors within the execution of the restoration of this 70kV line. An extra point of attention within this project was the sensitivity of stakeholders in the area because of the damage caused to orchards by the storm.
The role of hop
As project leader for Elia, hops supervises the correct execution of the work by the contractor(s). In doing so, we pay due attention to work preparation, proper planning and safety procedures.
